Al Daul, Superintendent
As a general site superintendent, Al is responsible for the daily operations at the project site. This includes coordinating all trade contractors, maintaining schedules, budget and quality of work in accordance with all plans and specifications. He will update the schedule as required to monitor the trade contractors performance and provide field progress reports of both budget and schedule. Al will provide you with immediate feedback and problem solving assistance.
With over 20 years of medical construction experience, Al is highly experienced with the special concerns associated with health care organizations. He has worked on projects ranging from 2,000 square feet to over 180,000 square feet; and with varying building materials (wood frame, steel frame, pre-cast concrete, etc.).
