Tim Nordlund, Project Manager

Tim Tim works with your team in executing the daily management of your project. He works closely with the on-site superintendent, project architect and trade contractors to assure adherence to your schedule and budget requirements.

Tim will work on your project to review bids, supervise contract administration, coordinate design change requests, supervise field engineering support, provide planning and scheduling services, prepare project status reports, budgeting and cash flow projections and supervise material and equipment requirements.
