Troy Torgerson, Business Development joined The Samuels Group in February 2009.  Mr. Torgerson has over 16 years of experience in business development/project management in the construction industry.  Mr. Torgerson holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from UW-Stevens Point and is a LEED® Accredited Professional from the United States Green Building Council.

In addition to civilian construction experience, Torgerson recently retired from the Wisconsin Army National Guard at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Corps of Engineers after 21 years of service with over two years mobilized and deployed to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom.
